Research Skills:Students are asked to identify information sources, use text features, and identify facts and opinions.

Sample D

Fluency: Students are asked to read a passage aloud for one minute. This section measures fluency rate (by the number of words correct per minute), fluency behaviors (through a fluency rubric), and oral reading comprehension (through oral questions).
